REGULATIONS FOR RURAL TOURISM ACCOMMODATION IN EL PRINCIPADO DE ASTURIAS
Chapter II, Article 6: Internal Regulation
By virtue of the powers conferred on it by the above chapter and article, the management of rural tourism accommodation is entitled to implement internal regulations as set out below:

| No credit cards are accepted. |

Check-in time from 17:00 pm.; Check-out time: 12:00 pm. |
| Occupants shall be hold responsible for any damage caused on facilities or furniture. |
| Upon arrival, occupants shall be accompanied by the management in order to check the condition of the facility. Any anomaly found shall be registered accordingly. |
| Balance of contracted services is due at hand-over of the house keys. |
| Prior to leaving the facilities, the management shall accompany the occupants in order check the condition thereof. |
Chapter II, Article 8: Reservations.-
Reservations are secured subject to receipt in our bank account of a 30% deposit for the hired services.
Chapter II, Article 9: Cancellations.-
At all times, users are entitled to cancel their reservation and to have any advance deposit refunded depending on cancellation notice. The following conditions shall apply to that effect:
| Deposits will be fully refunded when cancellation notice is received no less than fifteen (15) days prior to arrival. |
| Cancellation notice received less than fifteen (15) days and more than seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to fifty (50) percent service fee of advance deposit. |
| Cancellation notice received less than seven (7) days prior to arrival will forfeit entire advance deposit. |
| Guests failing to check-in before 20:00 pm of the arrival date will forfeit their reservation. |
